Glitter, love it, hate it...... That's how most people feel about glitter, but when applied as a fun glitter tattoo we find it is a love relationship in full bloom. People of all ages and genders love the look of glitter tattoos.
When High Jinks first started doing glitter tattoos we had glitter flying everywhere. Our first festival with glitter tattoos left the artists covered in glitter and the asphalt, well let's say D Street in Marysville will never be the same. I am sure 10 years later there is still glitter there.
Fortunately for us and our guests we have learned just how to control the glitter. No longer are we concerned about at or in what type of venue we offer up Glitter Tattoos.
And we did not learn everything about Glitter Tattoos by simply doing and teaching ourselves, that is how we learned most, but we are always willing to take workshops. As a known instructor in the face and body art industry I know that learning from others is valuable. And I am not talking about a DYI You Tube video, I mean hands on with an artist who really knows their subject.
I took a class at the well known convention HennaCon where henna artist come to learn and share. One class set gave me a tip that has made offering our guests Glitter Tattoos easy.
